Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.


🔁 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.


🧾 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@comfortforu.in with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

  • Reason for return or refund

Our team will verify the details and respond within 24-48 business hours.


💰 Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for processing the refund.


🚚 Return Pickup

  • In most cases, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

  • In rare cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item. A courier fee reimbursement may be provided.
