💰 Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for processing the refund.
🚚 Return Pickup

In most cases, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

In rare cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item. A courier fee reimbursement may be provided.
