🔁 Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of product unless it’s damaged or defective.


🔄 Replacements

We offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • Item received is broken, damaged, or not working.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories.

📸 Proof required: Kindly share clear unboxing photos/videos within 24-48 hours of delivery.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, toothbrushes)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

💸 Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed via the original payment method (or UPI for COD orders).
  • Refunded within 5-7 business days after product inspection.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you for UPI details to process your refund.

  2. Mention your Order ID and issue.
  3. Attach relevant photos/videos.
  4. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

📍 Note:

  • We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our criteria.
  • Returns must be shipped back in original condition for refund eligibility.
