🔁 Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of product unless it’s damaged or defective.
🔄 Replacements
We offer free replacements in the following cases:
- Item received is broken, damaged, or not working.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Product is missing parts or accessories.
📸 Proof required: Kindly share clear unboxing photos/videos within 24-48 hours of delivery.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, toothbrushes)
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
💸 Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be:
- Processed via the original payment method (or UPI for COD orders).
- Refunded within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you for UPI details to process your refund.

- We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our criteria.
- Returns must be shipped back in original condition for refund eligibility.
